Reserves remain healthy at 14.94 percent above the 12 percent guideline.
If all planned capital projects proceed, the median home tax bill would increase from approximately $18,200 to $24,300 by fiscal year 2035, representing a 30 percent increase over the natural 4-4.2 percent annual growth rate.
