Wellesley Advisory Committee reviews HR budget and policy governance changes for Town Meeting. HR Director Dolores Hamilton presented a FY27 budget increase of 2.78 percent and reported improved employee turnover, down from 16 percent in 2023 to 10.25 percent. The committee considered three motions for a 2 percent cost-of-living adjustment across all pay series and four new legally required personnel policies.

A proposed bylaw amendment would transfer HR policy approval authority from Town Meeting to the HR Board, with Select Board oversight for wage-related policies.
