Wellesley Advisory Committee tables debate and vote on Article 32 RIO zoning amendment. Vice Chair Jay Prosnitz moved for favorable action on the amendment, which would restrict the Residential Incentive Ordinance — a zoning tool permitting higher-density residential development by special permit on select properties. Penny Rossano moved to table the motion, seconded by Susan Clapham; the vote passed 11-3.
The committee will vote on the amendment at Monday's pre-Annual Town Meeting meeting.
