WELLESLEY — The Permanent Building Committee approved a $200,910.75 payment for the DPW Regional Disposal Facility administration building. Vice Chair Tom Goemaat, member Suzanne Littlefield, and member Matt King voted unanimously on the Consigli Construction requisition. For the Morses Pond Beach and Bathhouse project, the committee selected window air conditioning units for the seasonal facility but requested that Proponent representatives attend the next meeting to discuss exterior design concerns; members questioned whether the concept was too elaborate for an eight-week seasonal structure.

Town hall renovation updates included maintaining LED lighting at 50 percent dimming in stairwells per mechanical engineer recommendation.
