WELLESLEY — Bylaw Review Committee adopts rules and segments revision timeline. Chair Kenneth Largess III's committee voted 6-0 to approve its operating Rules and Regulations, establishing procedures for reviewing the town's bylaws. Rather than presenting all changes as a single package, the Committee will segment revisions by logical groupings across multiple Town Meetings over several years.

Articles 1 through 4 and Article 7 are designated as the initial priority, targeted for fall 2026 Special Town Meeting presentation. Town Moderator Mark Kaplan supported this approach, noting it allows Town Meeting to consider core structural questions before further revisions proceed.
