WELLESLEY — Bylaw Review Committee approves charge, narrows Fall warrant agenda. The Committee voted 5-0 to approve its formal charge and committed to a single consolidated amendment consolidating Bylaws Articles 2, 2A, and 3 on open meeting procedures for Fall Special Town Meeting, rather than advancing a comprehensive bylaw template. Town Counsel will redraft the articles to cite Massachusetts General Law rather than restate it verbatim.

The Committee targeted Spring 2027 Annual Town Meeting for more substantial bylaw revisions.
