Wellesley Design Review Board approves five applications. The board unanimously approved commercial projects on August 19, including Taymil Partners' conversion of a former Talbots anchor at 51 Church Street into two tenant spaces, signage and awnings for Middlesex Savings Bank and Bridgewater Chocolate, and applications for Solidcore and Newton-Wellesley Family Pediatrics. Chair Juann Khoory presided, and the board recommended that the pediatrics sign align in height with adjacent Shake Shack and One Medical tenant signage and extend toward the building corner.
All applications passed unanimously, three to zero.
