WELLESLEY — Design Review Board approves four applications and defers guidelines update. Chair Juann Khoory and four members unanimously approved sign and construction permits at 33 Central Street, 10 Railroad Street, and 45 Dana Road, along with an FAR special permit at 26 Washington Street, each with conditional requirements for material coordination, pedestrian connections, and design details. The Board continued the 16 Laurel Avenue major construction application pending architectural and landscape revisions.

Staff planner Alannah Rivera will present sign section revisions at the next meeting.
