Wellesley Design Review Board approves two projects. The board unanimously approved a bathhouse renovation at the Longfellow Wellesley Tennis & Health Club, including removal of existing gates, installation of a coiling security grate, reconfigured check-in area, and ADA accessibility improvements. Architect Tom Scarlata presented the project; board member Sheila Dinsmoor disclosed she resides at the nearest abutter property but stated no objection.

The board also approved a major construction project at 16 Laurel Avenue with design recommendations for balcony placement, rendering corrections, and landscaping screening. Both approvals carried 4-0 unanimous votes, with the board deferring its reorganization to June 24.
