WELLESLEY — Design Review Board continued review of 9,524-square-foot Albion Road house on October 7 with conditions for October 21 hearing. Vice Chair Iris Lin moved to continue the application. The Board asked whether stormwater recharge system relocation could preserve large black oak trees and requested rear facade modifications to reduce apparent scale and enhance entrance prominence.
The Board unanimously approved four commercial sign permits for 161 Dance Studios, Discover Strength, Penguin Coding School, and Cross Insurance. The Board also continued PVOLVE's sign permit for administrative review and deferred Wonder's sign and construction applications to October 21.
