WELLESLEY — The Historic District Commission approved a two-car detached garage with accessory dwelling unit at 58 Cottage Street. Vice Chair Meredith Angjeli moved approval with four conditions, including feasibility review of relocating an exterior staircase and ensuring exterior finishes match the existing house; the motion passed unanimously 4-0. The Commission continued review of a separate application at 28 Cottage Street to enlarge a front stoop and replace windows, requesting specific details on railing design and step materials before final decision.
