Natural Resources Commission considers Wights Pond property transfer in executive session.

Natural Resources Commission (NRC) · Meeting of March 30, 2026

WELLESLEY — Natural Resources Commission evaluates Wights Pond property in executive session. Chair Steve Park, Vice Chair Melinda Arias-Voci, Secretary Tom Hammond, Joe Schott, and Bea Bezmalinovic reviewed findings from studies on the parcel and discussed the town's acquisition prospects. The commission addressed trust-related legal requirements: trustees must provide documentation that the trust is in good standing and confirm all beneficiaries have agreed to dissolve it, enabling trustee action on their collective behalf.

The meeting lasted 45 minutes and reconvened no further in open session.
