WELLESLEY — Permanent Building Committee approves payments and change orders on three projects. The committee unanimously authorized four payments and change orders totaling over $372,000 for the Town Hall Interior Renovation, Warren Building HVAC, and DPW RDF Administration Building, with Michael Tauer, Chair, and two committee members present. Town Hall HVAC modifications and lighting controls work begins tomorrow with no major shutdowns required.
Warren Building ground improvements are complete with piles installed, and DPW RDF Administration Building ground heating is underway with clerk oversight continuing twice weekly.
