Wellesley Permanent Building Committee approves $730,494 across four projects in single meeting. Michael Tauer, Chair, and four of five members voted unanimously on requisition payments for Hardy School solar project ($288,052.05), Warren Building HVAC work ($222,992.59 and $21,488.34 change order), and DPW RDF Administration Building ($140,267.50). Town Hall Interior Renovation project advanced with approval of Consigli's $79,184.28 change order for thermal comfort upgrades, though committee discussion flagged concerns about seasonal ceiling fan maintenance requirements in the Select Board space.
Jose Soliva volunteered to represent the committee on the DPW Campus Feasibility Study Selection Committee, scheduled for proposal review and firm interviews in June.
