WELLESLEY — Permanent Building Committee approves solar design amendments and Town Hall payment. The committee voted unanimously to approve SMMA amendments for Hardy Elementary at $204,000 and Hunnewell Elementary at $182,000 for photovoltaic design and construction administration. Chair Michael Tauer and Vice Chair Thomas Goemaat also authorized Consigli Construction's requisition for $127,967.10 for Town Hall renovation work and approved invoices totaling $12,978.77.
On Warren Building HVAC, the committee settled a dispute with Tower Construction by reimbursing approximately $3,500 in engineering fees for floor loading analysis. The Warren project awaits improved weather before proceeding with insulation work.
