Wellesley Permanent Building Committee approves two contracts totaling $683,159. Chair Michael Tauer moved approval of Tower Construction's requisition of $50,259.46 for Warren Building HVAC work and Weston & Sampson Engineers' design contract of $632,900 for Morses Pond Beach and Bathhouse; all five committee members voted unanimously in both cases. The Morses Pond project entered design after Natural Resources Commission approval on February 24.
Town Hall renovation continues with HVAC modifications and audiovisual warranty work underway; Warren Building HVAC commissioning issues remain on the agenda, with basement and first-floor adjustments ongoing.
