Permanent Building Committee approves Warren HVAC and DPW RDF payments

WELLESLEY — Permanent Building Committee approves construction payments for Warren HVAC and DPW RDF projects. The committee voted unanimously to approve Tower Construction's $3,486.50 requisition for the Warren Building HVAC work and Construction Dynamics Inc.'s $74,546.50 payment for the DPW RDF Administration Building, authorizing Stephen Gagosian to sign both on behalf of the PBC. Warren's Health Suite modifications are nearing completion with cabinets and sink installed; DPW building foundation walls are being poured with backfilling scheduled for the following week.
The committee also approved exterior finishes for the DPW project and rejected a DPW request to install a progress camera after Vice Chair Thomas Goemaat requested written justification and construction manager approval, which the department subsequently withdrew.
