WELLESLEY — Permanent Building Committee unanimously retains Michael Tauer as Chair. The five-member committee, led by Tauer and Vice Chair Thomas Goemaat, convened at Facilities Management Department offices for a retreat focused on internal operations. The group reviewed Project Manuals and Design and Construction Contracts, examined consultant selection for feasibility studies, and discussed staffing changes and workload.
The committee also reviewed lessons learned from HVAC projects at Hunnewell, Hardy, and Town Hall and deliberated on potential changes to meeting format and procedures.
