WELLESLEY — Planning Board approves 19-unit Washington Street multifamily project, continues two related applications. Chair Marc Charney and Members Thomas Taylor, Patricia Mallett, Edward Chazen, and James Roberti voted unanimously to approve PSI-25-04 at 592 Washington Street after Fire Department and Town Engineer George Saraceno resolved outstanding vehicle access and stormwater concerns; the project will advance toward site plan approval. The Board continued two projects to May 18: PSI-26-01 at 26 Washington Street, which will require special permits for inclusionary zoning and Lower Falls Commercial District FAR relief, consolidated for single hearing.
In housekeeping action, the Board dissolved the RIO Task Force by unanimous vote following defeat of the comprehensive plan Article 32 at spring town meeting, which sought 400,000 dollars.
