WELLESLEY — Planning Board continues inclusionary zoning hearing on valuation dispute. The Wellesley Planning Board continued the special permit hearing for 26 Washington Street after the applicant did not appear, leaving unresolved the Housing Trust's appraisal methodology for the project's required affordable unit. Chair Marc Charney will document the valuation process with the Housing Trust ahead of the board's August retreat to ensure consistency in future applications.
In separate action, the board continued a Large House Review at 42 Oak Street pending additional drainage review and unanimously reappointed Juann Khoory and Mark Wendell as Design Review Board regular members and Alex Zhou as an alternate.
