Wellesley Policy Subcommittee advances three draft policies toward board review. Members Kenneth Largess and Colette Aufranc approved prior minutes 2-0 and directed staff to place three draft policies on upcoming Select Board agendas: the Draft Abutter Lot Sale Program and Draft Denial of Permits for Unpaid Taxes for second reads, and the Draft Indemnification Policy for a first read. Town Counsel Eric Reustle attended to discuss revisions.
Assistant Executive Director Corey Testa will meet with Treasurer/Collector Maura O'Connor on the permit denial draft.
