WELLESLEY — Select Board Policy Subcommittee moves two policies forward for full board review. Kenneth Largess and Colette Aufranc, members of the Policy Subcommittee, agreed to advance the updated Minutes Policy and Marathon Bib Policy revisions on July 30. The subcommittee also heard from Chief Financial Officer Rachel DeRoche on debt management practices at peer municipalities and explored options for a potential Capital Stabilization Fund to smooth future borrowing costs.

Members agreed additional analysis is necessary before recommending specific debt targets and the town's Reserves Policy would need updating before establishing any fund.
