Select Board appoints two to Affordable Housing Trust

WELLESLEY — Select Board unanimously appoints two to Affordable Housing Trust. Amy Leibowitz and Arthur Goldberg were voted onto the Wellesley Affordable Housing Trust for two-year terms ending June 30, 2028, following interviews conducted by Kenneth Largess, the Board's designated Trust member, and AHT Chair Micah O'Neill. Goldberg brings extensive professional affordable housing experience, including prior work as counsel for the City of Cambridge; Leibowitz has long community involvement and marketing expertise.

The Board also held executive session to discuss litigation strategy regarding the 40 Oakland Street parcel disposition.
