WELLESLEY — Select Board unanimously approves affordable housing first refusal. The Board voted 5-0 on a consent agenda that included a right of first refusal for an affordable unit at 12 Hollis Street, which carries an Affordable Housing Deed Rider dated October 24, 2024. The same unanimous vote appointed Vice Chair Tom Ulfelder and Secretary Colette Aufranc to a subcommittee tasked with interviewing candidates for the Town-Wide Capital Planning Committee.

The Board also entered executive session to discuss litigation strategy regarding the 40 Oakland Street parcel.
