WELLESLEY — Select Board Policy Subcommittee advances naming of public assets toward first read. Members Kenneth Largess and Colette Aufranc, meeting February 26, approved revised policy language addressing definitions, criteria, and "major gift" clarification and voted 2-0 to endorse minutes from the prior meeting. Aufranc will finalize the naming policy with Town Counsel before submission to the full Select Board.
The Subcommittee also circulated draft Human Resources Board coordination procedures, assigned ownership of capital policy, land sale, and indemnification initiatives, and set the next meeting for April 16.
