Wellesley Recreation opened After School program registration this week as the Wellesley Youth Basketball Association began signing up players for a Wellesley High School Raiders clinic.

TOWN -- Wellesley Recreation's After School enrichment program began fall registration on Sept. 8, according to the department's website. The Teen Center also posted its fall activity schedule for the season; additional information is available through the Recreation Department.
YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Wellesley Youth Basketball Association opened registration for a two-part WHS Raiders Clinics series at Wellesley Middle School. The first session is Monday, Sept. 14, for players entering grades 4 through 8, with 4th and 5th graders running 6 to 7 p.m. and 6th through 8th graders from 7 to 8 p.m. in WMS Gym A. A second session is set for Tuesday, Oct. 13, open to grades 3 through 8. Both sessions carry a $20 donation to the WHS Boys and Girls basketball booster clubs.
COMMUNITY -- Wellesley Recreation's website is advertising a Fall 2026 Pickleball Drop-In, described as "not an organized Wellesley Recreation program" but rather "a casual drop-in opportunity for individuals to play pickleball."
