Wellesley Wetlands Committee approves permits, extends deadline, issues enforcement order.

Wellesley Wetlands Protection Committee approves nine permit decisions at February 19 meeting. Chair Eleanor McLane and the committee voted unanimously on extensions, negative determinations, Orders of Conditions, and Certificates of Compliance for nine projects ranging from utility maintenance to residential renovations. A three-year extension was granted at 1 Springdale Road; negative determinations approved at 80 Overbrook Drive and 9 Standish Road; Orders of Conditions issued for 31 Old Farm Road and 49 Eisenhower Circle; and Certificates of Compliance approved for 173 Winding River Road and 3 Sunnyside Avenue.
The multi-family development at 49 Walnut Street was continued to March 12 pending peer-review responses on flood storage and stormwater management, and abutter notification proof using certified mail.
