Wellesley Wetlands Committee issues Order of Conditions for new home. The Wellesley Wetlands Protection Committee voted 4-0 to close the hearing and issue an Order of Conditions for a new single-family home at 235 Weston Road, incorporating tree protection measures and replacement plantings. In ongoing enforcement action at 27 Washington Street, the committee unanimously extended the planting schedule into September and approved a second memorial bench and directional signage for the Waterstone project, after finding half of installed plants dead or dying from summer heat.

Two major development proposals, a 24-unit apartment complex at 49 Walnut Street and a new home at 102 Suffolk Road, were continued to September 10 pending peer review and stormwater engineering comments.
