Wetlands Protection Committee · Meeting of July 30, 2026

Wellesley Wetlands Committee issues three permits, waives fines on mitigation delay. The committee unanimously approved Orders of Conditions for an after-the-fact sports court at 11 Winding River Circle, a state Department of Conservation and Recreation repaving project at 900 Washington Street, and a patio installation at 66 Northgate Road. Separately, the committee voted to waive all accumulated fines—at least 300 dollars per business day from July 1 through July 12—at 3 Sunnyside Avenue, citing homeowner Constantine Liev's responsiveness and circumstances beyond his control.

The committee also issued Negative Determinations for two projects and continued two matters, including a residential demolition and rebuild at 235 Weston Road pending stormwater documentation.
