Wetlands Committee ratifies enforcement order for unpermitted stone wall.

Wellesley Wetlands Protection Committee approves enforcement order and three determinations. Chair Eleanor McLane's committee unanimously ratified an Enforcement Order against 27 Washington Street for an unpermitted stone wall in the Riverfront Area and issued Negative Determinations of Applicability for projects at 9 Vane Street and 21 College Road. The committee voted 4-0 to issue a Certificate of Compliance for 37 Old Farm Road and approved an Order of Conditions for 86 Suffolk Road's sports court and stormwater system in the Buffer Zone.
A proposed multi-family residential project at 49 Walnut Street, a house reconstruction at 31 Old Farm Road requiring a wildlife habitat assessment, and two other applications were continued to January 29th.
