Zoning Board approves rear-elevation changes to Lafayette Circle home.
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of February 5, 2026
WELLESLEY — Zoning Board unanimously approves two applications. The Board voted unanimously to approve minor rear-elevation modifications at 15 Lafayette Circle LLC without reopening the public hearing, after the applicant's attorney David Himmelberger confirmed the changes conform to Historical Commission recommendations and do not affect the footprint or zoning relief already granted. In a separate public hearing, the Board voted unanimously to grant a special permit to REPM Pleasant Pond LLC for foundation replacement and reconstruction of a single-family home at 5 Pond Terrace, straddling Natick and Wellesley, finding the project not substantially more detrimental than the existing nonconforming structure despite an 8,514-square-foot Wellesley lot in a 10,000-square-foot zoning district.
