Wellesley Wetlands Protection Committee approves conditions for 60 McLean Street project. The committee unanimously issued an Order of Conditions for applicant Rahul Golhar's residential addition, incorporating DPW recommendations requiring the infiltration unit be set back from the proposed deck and annual operations and maintenance submittals in perpetuity. Chair Eleanor McLane and members Eben Scanlon, Doug Hersh, Jim Mclaren, and Vice Chair Peter Jones also continued five projects to June 18, including a sports court at 11 Winding River Circle, pending interim administrator Linda Hansen's consultation with the DEP circuit writer on whether the project qualifies as an exempt accessory use or requires state filing and mitigation.
