Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of October 29, 2026

WELLESLEY — The Wellesley Zoning Board of Appeals voted to continue a hearing on a proposed MBTA Communities housing development at 10 Railroad Street. The board voted 3-0, with Chairman J. Randolph Becker, Vice Chairman Robert W. Levy and Associate Member Peter Covo in favor, to push the site plan hearing to December 10. Attorney David Himmelberger, representing applicant Dinosaur Linden LLC, told the board ongoing talks with abutters over parking "have not reached resolution yet" but that more time would likely "produce a favorable result." No members of the public spoke when the board asked for comment on the case or the new schedule.

The case, numbered ZBA 2026-54, had previously been continued from a September 24 hearing.
