HR Board approves bylaw amendment giving it personnel-policy authority.
The Wellesley Human Resources Board unanimously approved warrant language to amend Article 30.10 of the General Bylaws, granting the HR Board responsibility for all non-union personnel policies with Select Board involvement required for policies with financial implications. Town Counsel Alex Rubin
