The Wellesley Media recording yielded only a single fragmentary line, "we have two projects right yeah yeah okay", with no speakers, applicants, addresses or votes identifiable. The board, chaired by Juann Khoory with Vice Chair Iris Lin and Secretary Mark Wendell, also includes member Sheila Dinsmoor and alternate Alex Zhou. Because attendance, quorum and any action taken cannot be confirmed from the available recording, the eventual posted minutes on the town's AgendaCenter will stand as the authoritative record of the session.
