Select Board · Meeting of January 26, 2026

The board noted that multiple major debt exclusion campaigns for fire, schools air conditioning and preschool, and DPW facility improvements are currently clustered in overlapping years, creating logistical and financial strain, and discussed alternatives such as using Free Cash for design phases contingent upon referendum approval before committing full construction borrowing authority.
